Pricing Plans
Choose how you pay — pay per booking with no monthly fee, or lock in a fixed monthly rate.
Pay per booking: $0/month for the PMS. A $4 fee is charged only when a guest makes a booking through your NovaBooking direct booking page. Bookings created directly by you in the PMS are not charged this fee. Ideal for the quieter winter months. No direct bookings, no fees. If you have fewer than 5 direct bookings in a year, you’ll need to switch to the Fixed Tier for at least one month — otherwise your account may be canceled. This helps keep the service available for active properties.
Fixed Tier: $20/month flat — no per-booking fees from NovaBooking. Best if you average more than 5 direct bookings per month.

Our PMS was developed to boost tourism in our beautiful region, for the benefit of all local businesses. We believe that, in order to help all businesses in our community thrive, we need to start by assisting small hotels, motels, and B&Bs in lowering their expenses, and making connections to online travel agencies more accessible. Lowering the cost of hospitality would make our region even more attractive to travelers from around the world, bringing more money to our communities and supporting other local businesses. To achieve this, we must start with tourism. We believe tourism is the key to unlocking all of this.
