Most campers already book directly with you — by phone, email, or at the gate. A direct booking page gives them another way to book, anytime, without waiting for a call back. They can check availability, choose their own site, and pay a deposit online, saving you time on the phone during the busy season.
Campers can also manage their stay online, from adding extras to requesting date changes or cancellations, without needing to contact you for every little change. Every direct booking means one less commission paid to the big booking sites. And because you keep your campers’ contact information, you can invite regulars back next season and share special offers.
What's included
All reservations — whether made online, by phone, or at the gate — go into one calendar, helping you avoid double bookings. You also get Stripe payments, deposits, cancellation reminders, reports, and visitor statistics. Campers have their own guest page where they can view their reservation, add extras, and request date changes or cancellations online.
Other optional services
We also offer easily customizable campground website templates with no HTML knowledge required, giving you the flexibility to update your site anytime. Hosting and SSL included.

No monthly fee — you only pay when a camper books through your direct booking page.
Pay per booking: $0/month for the reservation calendar. A $3 fee is charged only when a camper makes a booking through your NovaBooking direct booking page. Bookings created directly by you in the PMS are not charged this fee. Ideal for the off-season months. No direct bookings, no fees.

Not on the pay-per-booking tier — you can explore and set things up without entering a credit card.
Yes — you’re free to cancel whenever you like, with no long-term commitment.
No. You can accept offline payments such as e-transfer. However, if you want guests to pay by credit card when making a reservation, you'll need a Stripe account.
Add a button or link to your website that points to your direct booking page. Or contact us to assist.
No — if you don’t have any bookings that month, you won’t be charged. Quiet months stay quiet on your bill, too.
On the pay-per-booking tier, if you have fewer than 5 direct bookings in a year, you’ll need to switch to the Fixed Tier for at least one month. Otherwise your account may be canceled — this keeps the service available for active properties.

We don’t sell domains ourselves, but we’re happy to help you get one set up and connected.

We believe that, in order to help all businesses in our community thrive, we need to start by assisting small hotels, motels, B&Bs, and campgrounds in lowering their expenses, and making connections to online travel agencies more accessible. Lowering the cost of hospitality would make our region even more attractive to travelers from around the world, bringing more money to our communities and supporting other local businesses. To achieve this, we must start with tourism. We believe tourism is the key to unlocking all of this.
